Training at Cteam – structure and content:
During your training, you’ll work in various departments of our company and get to know all the key areas. The focus is primarily on commercial topics such as purchasing, HR, accounting and controlling.
Whether it’s processing orders, comparing prices, drafting employment contracts or tasks in accounting and cost analysis – we’ll turn you into a pro when it comes to office management.
By the end of your training, you’ll be an expert in your field, handling your daily tasks competently and conscientiously. With your expertise, you’ll become a valuable part of our company and have the opportunity to take exciting new paths with us in the future.

- Training duration: 3 years
- Dual training system: Practical training within the company combined with theoretical lessons at the Gebhard-Müller-Schule in Biberach (1–2 days per week)
Your profile for the training:
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
- Enjoy working with people and modern communication tools
- Interest in economic and business-related topics
- Organisational talent, strong communication skills, commitment and attention to detail
- Team spirit, honesty and reliability
