An overview
A dual vocational training programme, in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a vocational school, lasts three or three and a half years depending on the training and combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge. From the first day, you are part of the Cteam and actively help shape the energy transition.
The dual bachelor’s degree at Cteam lasts three years and offers an exciting mix of practical and theoretical phases. You can apply your academic knowledge in your Cteam working life at an early stage for your next career steps.
In school placement programmes, for the bachelor’s or master’s thesis or in your practical semester, we support you with experienced contacts, exciting tasks and real insight into our projects. Together we combine theory and practice – with added value for both sides.

What does training or studying cost me?
Cteam covers all costs that arise in the course of training or studies.
These include textbooks and learning materials, study or school fees and also travel expenses, or public transport tickets for the journey from your place of residence to the more distant vocational school or university of cooperative education. For business trips you use our modern fleet vehicles.
In addition, you will receive attractive training pay plus a 13th month’s salary and a bonus payment.
What development opportunities does Cteam offer me?
In regular feedback meetings, we work together to find out which area of deployment suits you after your training or studies.
Training offers long-term career opportunities in the Cteam Group and thus not only in Germany, but also in Austria, France or Luxembourg.
Does Cteam enable me to go abroad?
A stay abroad during training or studies offers the chance to expand your professional skills and your intercultural competences.
If the conditions are met, Cteam supports travel, accommodation and living expenses.
