Reports from our trainees and students

Audric Hecht, Dual Student in Construction Project Management / Civil Engineering, Biberach University of Applied Sciences

“During my dual study programme at Cteam, I gained exciting insights into real projects right from the start. I particularly appreciate the combination of theory and practice as well as the support from experienced colleagues. The flat hierarchies make it possible to take on responsibility early on. I don’t feel like just a student here – I feel like a full member of the team. Even when faced with complex tasks, you can always rely on support from the team. These experiences strengthen my motivation to continue my professional path at Cteam.”

Carina Schmal, Trainee Office Management Assistant

“The training at Cteam is incredibly varied – I was able to work in many different areas and gain exciting insights, even directly out on the construction sites. Mistakes are not a problem, as everything is well explained and there’s a strong emphasis on patient, supportive onboarding. Regular feedback meetings ensure you always know where you stand and what you can still improve. What I find particularly great is the strong teamwork – you feel well supported right from the beginning.”

Luca Weber, Trainee Office Management Assistant

“In September 2022 I started my training as an office management assistant at Cteam. What I particularly appreciate is the variety offered by the practical work in the office, on construction sites and rotating through all the departments. This gives me a comprehensive insight into the different areas of the company and allows me to apply my knowledge in many ways. Staff from the various departments always support me, which enabled me to work independently very quickly Challenges are part of the process, but they’ve helped me grow professionally and personally. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my training at Cteam and look forward to the time ahead.”
