Once you’ve compiled your documents digitally, please submit them exclusively via upload in our online application form.
For data protection reasons, please do not send anything by e-mail or post.
2. Acknowledgement of receipt
As soon as we receive your documents digitally, you’ll receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Our recruiters and the relevant department will then carefully review your documents. If we’re interested, we’ll invite you to an introductory interview.
3. Introductory interview
This meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other better and form a first impression. If we feel that you are a good fit for us both professionally and personally, you’ll soon receive an offer. If we’ve convinced you too and you’re keen to join us, we look forward to your positive response.
Tips and information
For the first stage of your application, a compelling CV is usually sufficient – ideally with a short motivational letter. There’s no need to submit extensive application or supporting documents at this stage.
What matters is that your documents are modern, clear and free of errors. Your CV should be the focus: clearly structured, concise and tailored to the position you’re aiming for. A covering or motivational letter should be short and individual – avoid standard phrases and show your personal motivation.
Employment references and additional evidence such as certificates are usually only needed later in the process. Keep them ready in case you’re asked to provide them.
