Training at Cteam – structure and content:
In this role, you can apply your planning skills and attention to detail, as you’ll be responsible for producing precise technical drawings and plans. You’ll work based on the ideas and concepts of engineers and designers and visualise their specifications.
Specifically, you’ll learn how to create drawings and technical documentation for steel and metal structures and how to prepare technical materials for workshops and construction sites. We’ll train you in steel and metal construction calculations and in using modern CAD software.
After completing your training with us, no one will be able to rival your technical drawing skills! Your valuable expertise will be in high demand here and will open up exciting career opportunities in a forward-looking industry.

- Training duration: 3.5 years
- Dual training system: Practical training within the company combined with theoretical lessons at the Otto-Brenner-Schule in Hanover
Your profile for the training:
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
- Interest in technology, mathematics and physics
- Strong spatial awareness and a passion for working with metal
- Team spirit, honesty, reliability and attention to detail
